父母發現自己的子女就是一刻不能靜下來, 經常手腳不停地動,坐不夠一會,便會到處走;或是嘴巴說個不停,常常被周圍的環境干擾,沒辦法專心進行一個活動、完成一份功課/集作。甚至收到學校老師的 投訴,說他經常開口插咀,對老師的指導,總是左耳入右耳出;衝動高、持續不夠,做事情都只做一半,無法持續或等待。
在畫畫輔導的課程培訓中,很多社工及老師都會提及一個問題:「為何畫畫能帶來療效?」他們均疑惑於為何畫下畫便可以解決到問題。
今日下午,在街上閒逛時,遇到一對母子,當時聽到他們的對話:
兒子說:「我好想坐呀。」
媽媽說:「回家便可以坐了。」
兒子說:「隻鞋很夾腳。」
媽媽說:「咁咪回家除左佢囉。」
兒子說:「隻腳好痛呀。」
媽媽說:「你可唔可以唔好咁多藉口好唔好!」
誰之過?兒子隻鞋夾腳是藉口?還是媽媽好想回家?誰忽略了對方的感受?誰有更大的能力?
在過去的職業講座及工作坊中,很多學員除了面對選擇的困 難外,還有很多的顧慮。記得一次被邀出席一次職業講座, 完結後打算到到附近的café與同事作講座後的檢討,因 正值放工時間,而且也頗多人到是次的展覽,所以只能找一 個算是比較「寧靜」的位置傾談。當坐下及整埋安頓後,從 後面的位置轉來數位年青人正在談論有關擇業的聲音。
近年,學制的改變,學生一方面應付不同學科的學習需要,同時亦要面對學業前路的未知之數,於是學生面對學習,引起的壓力可想而知。有些學生承受不了這份學習 的壓力,選擇放棄學習;有些學生被學習壓得喘不過氣,以致意氣消沈、對自己沒有自信;而有些學生被這份壓力壓得很緊張,甚至輕生...。作為父母,看到子 女因學習引起的壓力,一方面又心痛,另一方面又緊張,同時亦不知怎樣可以協助子女。
